FACSCanto
The FacsCanto is a 6 color analyzer, suitable for running carousels for upto 40 samples. This flowcytometer is relative easy to operate. Use the “Canto multicolor scheme” for choosing the correct fluorochromes. Alternative fluorchromes might be usefull. Check the FACSCanto standard configuration and the excitation and emission spectra of the alternative fluorchrome for compatibility. FACSAria SORP
The FACSAria SORP is a 4, laser,14 color cell sorter, capable of generating 4 sort streams. The collection can be done in various tubes or plates. The complexity of the Aria requires a skilled operator for use. Use the “Aria multicolor scheme” for choosing the correct fluorochromes. Alternative fluorchromes might be useful. Check the Aria standard configuration and the excitation and emission spectra of the alternative fluorchrome for compatibility.
