2010 - 06 - 09 London International Youth Science Forum
The contest "Jonk Fuerscher" organized annually by the "Association Jeunes Scientifiques Luxembourg" (ASJ) took place from 8-9 May at the Abbaye de Neumünster. This year, 2 medicine students (Claire Roseren and Sylvia Binck) supported by Dr Brice Appenzeller, Head of the Laboratory of Analytical Human Biomonitoring, have been rewarded for their work focused on Student's Exposure to Tobbaco.
As a prize they have been awarded 2 weeks in London to participate to the LIYSF (London International Youth Science Forum), an event organized by the Imperial College of London from 28 July to 11 August, where they will be attending seminars, visiting research institutions and of course representing Luxembourg through their project.
