2011 - 09 - 20 My-DTome goes online
The Myocardial Infarction Drug-Target Interactome (My-DTome) is now available at www.my-dtome.lu . My-DTome integrates drug-drug, drug-target and target-protein interactions relevant to human myocardial infarction.
This includes a large range of cardiovascular and non-cardiovascular drugs. The system, which has been developed by Francisco Azuaje and Lu Zhang, represents one of the outcomes of ongoing research on drug-target interaction networks at the Laboratory of Cardiovascular Research.
Information encoded in My-DTome can be applied to predict and characterize serious cardiovascular events of non-cardiovascular drugs, as well as to identify potential new treatment targets.
