2011 - 09 - 19 New Quality Assistant

Thérèse Baurith has successfully passed a Master degree in Quality management at CRP-Santé in September (with “mention très bien”) and has just joined the quality management service with Blandine Valet. Since 2000 Thérèse Baurith has been data manager at the Retrovirology laboratory and was specifically in charge of Quality system implementation in addition of her daily work.

Between 2008 and 2010, she wanted to strengthen her competences in the field of quality management and passed successfully a master degree in Innovation Management, specialization in quality system at the University Paul Verlaine Metz France in collaboration with CRP Henri Tudor. There she had the opportunity to tackle different aspects of quality management: changing resistance, process management, norms, customers’ relationship, etc. In 2009, she took part in a special training in Canada on entrepreneurship. Thérèse Baurith has previously collaborated on projects related to Africa as a technician. She will provide CRP-Santé with her support in the certification process that few research units are currently preparing for 2013.
