2010 - 09 - 09 Luxembourg Clinical Proteomics Inauguration
On September 9 2010, the Luxembourg Clinical Proteomics Center (LCP) was pleased to celebrate the inauguration of the laboratory in the presence of the Minister of Health, and the Minister of Trade. On September 9-10 2010, the workshop “Advances in Clinical Proteomics" gathered a dozen of international speakers who gave an overview of Bioinformatics in Proteomics, proteins as biomarkers, advances in mass-spectrometry, etc. After the Clinical Proteomics Center was founded in January 2010, the lab activity has now started and a strong collaboration with the company Thermofisher was set up. CRP-Santé has a high level facility in the field of Clinical Proteomics which allows the institution to develop collaborations on clinical applications.
The Luxembourg Proteomics Center is strongly collaborating with the Integrated BioBank of Luxembourg (www.ibbl.lu) and other national partners.
