CRP-Santé has just created a new research unit, specialized in the field of Proteomics.
The Luxembourg Clinical Proteomics Initiative has been funded by the Fonds National de la Recherche (FNR), with a start-up grant of 5 million Euros and a development plan for the next five years.
Bruno Domon, Head of the Luxembourg Clinical Proteomics (LCP) is relocating from ETH–Zurich (Prof. Ruedi Aebersold group) and has a wide scientific experience in academia: University of Lausanne, MIT Cambridge MA, University of Lille, France; and ETH Zurich) and in the private sector: Ciba/Novartis, Basel; Biogen, Cambridge MA; and Celera Genomics, Rockville MD.
