3D RECONSTRUCTIONS AND ANIMATIONS
After confocal stack acquisition, several types of software are available for 3D reconstruction and animation.
Metaphase : tobacco BY2 chromosomes reconstructed with the LSM510 3D module (Zeiss), using the shadow projection.
