THE MICROSCOPE
The microscope is an axiovert 200M from Zeiss
The microscope allows imaging in epifluorescence with a LED illuminating system and a monochromatic camera. Timelapse experiments are also possible with temperature and CO2 control.
- Illuminating system: Colibri with 3 LED: 365 nm, 470 nm and 555 nm
